Religious congregations and other organizations are critical partners in IHN's work with homeless families. Opportunities for congregations include:
Shelter Host: Host homeless families in your facility for a week at a time, 3-4 times per year.
Shelter Buddy: Assist a host by providing volunteers, food and other supplies during their hosting weeks
Apartment Sponsor: Sponsor a Second Chance Apartment Project by renting and furnishing an apartment and providing volunteer mentors
Have a Wish list drive: Collect needed items from our wish list
Financial contribution: IHN welcomes donations from congregations and organizations.

We are excited to announce that The Road Home is working on an initiative to create 30 units of decent, safe, affordable housing for our families. The Housing and Hope campaign is an innovative strategy that pairs affordable apartments with long-term support services for homeless families. We have the vision, we have the strategy, we have the support of a wide network of volunteers and now we are poised to raise $4,000,000 to make this dream a reality.
